      <Abstract>The recent outbreak of coronavirus created a massive impact on the healthcare profession. The especially dental community has been focused more on by various researchers. The role of the dental nurse in a dental operatory was also crucial. Unlike other health care professions, the dental nurse role is very imperative in the dental operatory. Hence, the purpose of the present short communication was to discuss the role of dental nurses in dental operatory, discussion on established guidelines and opinions of dental nurses.</Abstract>
